Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Shipping costs are 4,95€ for orders within Germany.

Deliveries abroad:

Shipping costs are 13,90€ for orders within the European Union.

Delivery Times

As far as in the respective offer no other period is indicated, the supply of the commodity takes place in the inland (Germany) within 2-4 working-days, with foreign supplies within 3-8 working-days after conclusion of a contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

For German and Austrian customers we offer Klarna as a payment method:

ZAHLUNG PER RECHNUNG 

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer purchase on account as a payment option. Please note that purchase on account is only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case.

INVOICE
When buying on account with Klarna you always get the goods first and you always have a payment period of 14 days. The complete terms and conditions for purchase on account for deliveries to Germany can be found here. The online store charges a fee of 0 Euro per order when buying on account with Klarna.

Klarna checks and evaluates your data information and maintains a data exchange with other companies and credit agencies in case of legitimate interest and reason. Your personal information will be treated in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and as specified in Klarna's Privacy Policy for Germany.
